5.) York University International Entrance Scholarships
The York University International Entrance Scholarships is open for international students applying for undergraduate program in the university. The applicants must have outstanding results from High secondary school (or equivalent) and must present a minimum admission average.
This scholarship awards up-to $35,000 per year and can be renewable for an additional three years provided the recipient maintains full-time status.
General Eligibility for Canada Scholarships
To be eligible to apply for the Canadian scholarship programs listed above :
- You must be enrolled, have applied for, or will apply for full-time admission to a graduate program at the masters or doctoral level at a Canadian institution.
- Contact the faculty of graduate studies (or its equivalent) at the selected Canadian institution(s). Advisably, between zero and 12 months of full-time studies (or full-time equivalent) in the program for which you are requesting funding.
- Must not have held a scholarship also have achieved a first-class average as determined by the host institution, in each of the last two completed years of study (full-time equivalent).
